Israeli Couscous Mediterranean Garden Salad
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup Israeli Couscous Mediterranean Seasoning
1 cup Israeli couscous, uncooked
2 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
In a nonstick pan heat olive oil. Add dry seasoning
and sauté for 1 minute on medium heat until
fragrant. Add Israeli couscous and mix gently.
Add water and salt. Bring to a boil and then
reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for
13 minutes. Gently stir and serve hot or cold.
