1 1/2 cups of cooked quinoa
1/2 cup Parsley & Pine Nuts Seasoning
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Mix all ingredients gently. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
