If you have never tasted a tandoori dish, which is a signature food of India, then you are missing out on something spectacular. This unique spice rub is straight out of Bombay for seasoning chicken, curries, shrimp, rice and beans – you name it! It works well at high temperatures, so you can use it for either grilling or barbequing. You can make chicken kabobs using pieces of chicken in some of the rub and add a little salt and pepper and grill away. Serve the chicken with rice, naan or pita bread, and either a riata or chutneys. Tomato and apple chutney go well too!
