Moroccan Lamb Melange blends, I made a lamb and veggie tagine Berber style. A red onion is sliced into rings and placed at the bottom of the tagine with the meat placed in the center. The veggies are built up around it in conical fashion to mimic the shape of the lid. Layers of olive oil, spices and other goodies are added, then the dish is covered and cooked on a slow simmer."
