Achiote Paste


1/4 cup Fresh orange juice
7 tsp Annatto powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Granulated garlic
1/2 tsp Salt

In a blender or food processor, mix the ground spices and orange juice and salt. Blend until smooth.

This paste is perfect for making most any Hispanic recipe or for marinating meat dishes.

Keep covered and refrigerated.
