Vegetarian Tandoori Yam


4 cups Yams, sliced
2 cups Sliced onion
1.5 tsp Tandoori spice
1.5 tsp Amchur powder
3/4 tsp Indian black salt
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

Pre-heat oven to 380 F.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl then transfer to a baking pan. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes uncovered.

Serve with your favorite side salad.
