If our customers would like to pick up their order at our Petaluma warehouse, we will let them know what time or call them once the order is ready and refund the shipping charge on the order after they pick it up.
If we have a sale going and our customers forget to put the discount code in we will refund them for the discount (sale must be going when order was placed).
If we are out of stock of a product we will refund you for the missing item once we are ready to ship.
If there are any pricing errors we will refund or add charges to bring the order to the correct cost (we will notify the customer first).
If you purchased an item you would like to return, you can return items purchased in their original, unopened package for a full refund. We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
In the unlikely event that we sent the wrong item or a damaged item, please notify us immediately by email or phone. We will pay for the return shipping; we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise as long as the item is returned by mail.
Addresses located in Petaluma will have a PICK-UP option when checking out on the website. Pickups are scheduled Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at our Petaluma warehouse.

Please note that because we grind fresh spices to order, we may need extra time to complete certain orders — especially when we are offering a sale.
We ship most orders via UPS or USPS within 2 to 3 business days, except during discount sales when ground orders can take 5 to 7 business days to ship. First and Second Day Air orders are always shipped promptly.
Please note that during holidays or promotions, shipping may be delayed by high-volume orders. If you need to prioritize or rush your order, please call us.
Orders totaling $75 or more are shipped freight-free to the continental United States only. We must charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories overseas, as well as to Canada and all other countries outside the U.S.
