Ingredients: Sea Salt, Rosemary.
Description: This gourmet flavored salt is made with ground rosemary and sea salt. The excellent combination of these two primary ingredients will add strong flavor that is pungent but undeniably pleasant to just about any savory dish. In Italy, rosemary is the preferred herb with veal, poultry, or lamb dishes, especially those simmered with wine, olive oil, and garlic. Other Mediterranean countries do use it, although less lavishly, while in Northern Europe, it often finds it way into sausage mixtures. This versatile blend will add great taste to meat, poultry, and vegetable dishes, especially potatoes, as well as in breads or to flavor butters and cooking oil.
