Ingredients:
1/4 cup Tahini paste
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
4 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp Zhug blend
1/4 tsp Black ground pepper
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
In a medium size bowl add tahini paste and lemon juice; mix well until tahini softens. Then add onion, tomatoes, parsley and spices then add the black pepper, salt and zhug. Mix all ingredients well and set aside.
