Ingredients: Chili, Sea Salt, Turmeric, Garlic, Cumin Toasted, Black Pepper, Onion, Caraway Seed, Ginger.
Description: Charmoula is a herb and spice blend used in Morocco for all sorts of tagine dishes, especially fish and seafood. Fresh herbs, garlic olive oil, and spices are combined either in a food processor or a mortar and pestle, spread onto the fish and allowed to marinate before cooking. You can easily achieve the same result by mixing our blend with olive oil.
