Description: Turbinado Sugar is created by steaming unrefined raw sugar. It is an extract from sugar cane. It's color is similar to brown sugar, except it is much lighter. It is the ultimate topping for cakes, cookies, muffins, crumbles and pies and a wonderful start to the day sprinkled on cereal or fruit. Use as a one-for-one replacement for refined white and brown sugars.

I love this stuff! This goes great on meats, fries, soups, eggs and anything savory! Combine this with their black salt and you are golden!
I use this on lots of foods, fruits, and vegetables. It adds to the flavor. I also use this in pozole instead of real chilies and it is excellent.
