Ingredients:
- 7 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Spanish paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
- 7 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:

Sauté Onions:
- Heat olive oil in a flat nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for 10 minutes until slightly brown.

Add Garlic:
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Cook Tomatoes:
- Incorporate the chopped Roma tomatoes into the pan and continue to sauté until they begin to soften.

Season:
- Sprinkle in the Spanish paprika, dried basil, granulated onion, granulated garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and oregano leaves.
- Mix well to evenly distribute the spices.

Simmer:
- Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low.
- Let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Cool and Blend:
- Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the sauce to a blender and purée until smooth.

Serve:
- Spoon the freshly made tomato sauce over your favorite cooked pasta.
- Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of flavor.
