Simple Rice and Turkey Leftovers

Almond Cranberry Turkey Rice

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Stir in the Almond Cranberry rice seasoning and salt. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded turkey to the pan and sauté for another minute to combine.
  4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the rice, cover the pan, and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
