Almond Cranberry Turkey Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Almond Cranberry rice seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded turkey
- 1 3/4 cups water
Instructions:
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Stir in the Almond Cranberry rice seasoning and salt. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded turkey to the pan and sauté for another minute to combine.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the rice, cover the pan, and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
