Ingredients:
2 cups almond or soy milk
1/2 tsp turmeric powder or paste
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp flax seed oil
In a saucepan, add the milk, turmeric paste and maple syrup, and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and allow cooling. Add flax oil at the end. Relax and enjoy the golden milk!
