Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Korean chili flakes
• 2 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp ginger, peeled & minced
• 1 tsp fine sea salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp oyster sauce
• 2 tsp fish sauce
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Using a rubber spatula, mix thoroughly until a smooth paste forms.
- Transfer the paste to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
- Use as needed to enhance soups, marinades, stir-fries, or kimchi.
